- 6-Year Warranty– Covers manufacturing defects and performance issues under normal usage conditions.
- Exclusions: Physical damage, including but not limited to rusting, water damage, or environmental factors affecting connectors.
- Charger Modules, Connectivity Solutions, Displays, and Other Components:
- 3-Year Warranty– Covers defects in materials and workmanship.
- Exclusions: Damage from high power surges, improper installation, incorrect wiring, supply-side electrical faults, burnouts, or non-adherence to the instruction manual.
- Charging Solutions (Cables, Enclosures, etc.):
- Lifetime Technical Support:
- REACH is dedicated to providing lifetime technical support for all our products, ensuring you have assistance with any questions or issues throughout the product’s lifespan.
- Warranty Eligibility:
- This warranty is exclusively valid for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
- Covers defects stemming from faulty materials or workmanship during manufacturing.
- Proof of purchase (sales receipt or order confirmation) is mandatory for warranty activation.
- Proper Usage:
- Our products are engineered for optimal performance under normal usage conditions.
- Warranty coverage applies when the product is installed and operated in accordance with the instructions provided.
- Warranty Exclusions:
- Misuse, abuse, accidents, improper installation, or unauthorized repairs/modifications.
- Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or damage due to environmental factors, acts of nature, or incompatible accessories/components/power sources.
- Warranty Claim Process:
- Notify REACH’s customer support within the warranty period for potential claims.
- Provide product details, proof of purchase, and a detailed issue description.
- REACH may request the defective product’s return for inspection before approving a claim.
- Warranty Remedies:
- Upon confirmation of a manufacturing defect/malfunction within warranty coverage, REACH, at its discretion, will repair or replace the product.
- The repaired/replaced product will retain the remaining warranty period.
- REACH reserves the right to substitute discontinued products with similar or superior alternatives.
- Return Shipping:
- The customer bears the shipping costs for returning the product for warranty service unless the defect is warranty-covered.
- For covered defects, shipping charges will be reimbursed (via cashback, vouchers, or as deemed appropriate by REACH), upon verification of shipping expenses.
- REACH assesses the reasonableness of shipping charges and may adjust the reimbursement accordingly.
- Limitations of Liability:
- REACH’s warranty liability is limited to repairing or replacing the defective product as outlined.
- REACH is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to data loss, profit loss, or personal injury.
- Warranty Void:
The warranty is nullified if:
- The product is tampered with, modified, or repaired by unauthorized parties.
- The product’s serial number or warranty sticker is removed, altered, or defaced.
- The product is used contrary to the instructions or for unintended purposes.
